Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Digital Community Manager with a strong focus on the crypto and NFT spaces. This role is pivotal in creating engaging content and interacting with our audience across various digital platforms, including Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other private community spaces. The ideal candidate should be deeply immersed in the world of cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFT projects, and online crypto communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored to each platform (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.), creating compelling posts that resonate with the crypto and NFT communities.
- Active Community Engagement: Regularly engage with users through replies and discussions, especially in niche crypto and NFT spaces. Act as the voice of the brand, offering insightful and knowledgeable responses.
- Building Online Communities: Foster growth and engagement in our online communities, focusing on nurturing a supportive and interactive environment.
- Crypto & NFT Market Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest trends, news, and developments in the crypto and NFT markets to inform content and engagement strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track engagement metrics across platforms, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing community interaction and growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and to leverage insights from community interactions.
- Event and AMA Coordination: Organize and participate in online events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and discussions within the community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of the crypto and NFT sectors.
- Proven experience in managing digital communities, preferably in the crypto/NFT space.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, NFTs, and digital assets.
- Proficiency in managing multiple digital platforms, including Discord and Telegram.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret engagement metrics.
- Ability to keep up with fast-paced and rapidly evolving technologies and markets.
